Thank you for shopping with Addictive Otaku Hub (AOH). We aim to provide quality products and a smooth experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product has a major defect

To be eligible:

  • You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor differences in color/design

  • Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at contact@addictiveotakuhub.com

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos of the product

  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, return shipping may be covered by us

6. COD Orders

  • COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

7. Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

We ensure all products are checked before shipping.
Please record an unboxing video as proof in case of any issues.
